Abstract

This article provides a comparative analysis of the experience of developed foreign countries regarding the crime of disclosing information that degrades a person's honor and dignity and reveals confidential aspects of human life. It discusses the specific features of the social danger of this crime, the causes leading to its commission and their legal consequences, as well as some issues arising in current judicial and investigative practice.
