Abstract
This article for the first time tells about the history of the emergence of the right of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Uzbekistan to legislative initiative, its improvement, the activities of the prosecutor's office in the field of lawmaking, the analysis of the scientific and theoretical views of scientists.
