This article discusses the need for the adoption of Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of the Employer,” the nature of these relations, additional bases of regulation, the object, subject, and subjects of the contract of Compulsory Insurance of Civil Liability of the Employer, their legal status, and the author's suggestions for resolving the issues in this area.
