SUBJECTIVE SIGNS OF FRAUDULENT ROBBERY OF OTHERS' PROPERTY

The subject and subjective aspects of the crime of fraud are studied in the article, they are comprehensively analyzed taking into account the opinions of foreign and domestic scientists. The value of the subjective characteristics of a socially dangerous act and its role in qualifying a crime is also shown.
