The article discusses the impact of the February Revolution in Russia on the political revival of national territories, the emergence of national political organizations, the emergence of ideas about autonomy and parliamentarism, the propaganda of these ideas among the population of the country, for the establishment of the National Assembly in the Turkestan movements, the views of enlighteners on how it should be arranged.
