The purpose of the study was to assess the state of the morphological structure of platelets in women with recurrent miscarriage in the presence of antiphospholipid antibodies. The study involved 78 women aged 18 to 26 years, 24 of them (Group 1) were patients with an incipient miscarriage, in the presence of antiphospholipid antibodies and retained their pregnancy. In 54 patients (Group 2) with aborted pregnancy. The morphology and activity of platelets were studied. It has been established that in women with miscarriage in the presence of antiphospholipid antibodies, there are significant changes in the morphology of platelets and a consistently high activity of platelets.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has been declared a pandemic given its global spread. Children account for 1% of patients and are less likely to become seriously ill than adults; although preschool children and infants may have severe clinical manifestations. For two years, the damage to the organs of the urinary system in children with Covid-19 disease has been progressive in nature and today is one of the colossally urgent problems of medicine. Kidney pathology has a high risk of developing in children at different stages of Covid-19 compared to the general population .

Health conditions of 200 early-aged children were studied. The object of the study is children who were treated from July 2021 to December 2021 at the pediatric department of the Urganch branch clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy.

Acute appendicitis develops in a progressive and irreversible manner, even if the clinical presentation of acute appendicitis can be temporarily modified with medication. A reliable and real-time diagnosis of acute appendicitis can be made on the basis of white blood cell counts and improved computed tomography results. Emergency laparoscopic appendectomy is considered the first therapeutic choice for acute appendicitis. Delayed appendectomy between 6-12 weeks after disease onset is risky with a high recurrence rate during the waiting period. However, this technique may have some advantages in avoiding unnecessary extended resection in patients with appendiceal masses. Non-operative treatment of acute appendicitis can be allowed only in children. Postoperative complications increase depending on patient factors, and temporary avoidance of emergency general anesthesia may be beneficial for high-risk patients. The skill of the surgeon and the cooperation of the hospital are important for the success of laparoscopic appendectomy. It is safe to delay appendectomy for less than 24 hours after diagnosis. In addition, a semi-elective approach (ie, laparoscopic appendectomy within 24 hours of symptom onset) may be paradoxically accepted depending on patient, physician, and institutional factors. Immediate laparoscopic appendectomy is mandatory for acute appendicitis.

Представлены результаты лечения 52 больных с воспалением одонтогенного генеза верхнечелюстной полости. В комплексном лечении 32 больных основной группы наряду с низкочастотным ультразвуком местно применяли остеотропный антибиотик - линкомицин. У 20 больных одонтогенным гайморитом контрольной группы в качестве общепринятого лечения использовали метод парентерального введения антибиотиков в сочетании с низкочастотным ультразвуком. Анализ результатов лечения показал, что предложенный способ оказался более эффективным по сравнению с контрольной группой. Об эффективности лечения свидетельствовало сокращение сроков лечения - 6-7 дней в основной группе и 8-9 дней в контрольной группе. Несколько раньше наблюдалось уменьшение местной отечности тканей, нормализация температуры тела.

The demand for dental orthopedic assistance in Russia makes more than 60% of the number of examined patients. With this, a share of use of removable dentures for rehabilitation of patients with partial or complete absence of teeth makes 40.2% of all types of prosthetics. Removable prosthetics remains an actual treatment option for patients with partial or complete absence of dentitions, along with use of non-removable structures including those with support on dental implants. Improvement of approaches to manufacture and design of dentures led to a considerable increase in the variants of combinations of materials and methods of their manufacture, and there appeared a possibility to optimize denture structures due to the ability to compensate for atrophic processes of the bone tissue. All this permits an orthopedist to achieve satisfactory results in treatment with use of removable dentures. In the given literature review, modern views on the variants of orthopedic rehabilitation of patients with use of removable laminar dentures are presented including their technological, functional, operational, phonetic, chewing peculiarities, and information on modern materials for manufacture of dentures is given.

Everyone knows that chemotherapy is effective and, at the same time, a serious and toxic treatment for tumors. In this article, the reasons why drug chemotherapy drugs have a detrimental effect on tumor and normal cells of the organism of cancer patients are discussed. Two types of medicinal chemotherapy on which chemotherapy is based are described. The topic of targeted therapy is touched upon: positive and negative sides. The widespread side effects of antitumor chemotherapy are also described: myelosuppression, extravasation, nausea and vomiting, fatigue, alopecia (hair loss), mucositis, decreased fertility. The approximate terms of their manifestation and the measures that can / should be taken to slow or avoid them are given.

The functional state of the cardio-respiratory system in children living in the Republic of Karakalpakstan is evaluated in this article. The research work was carried out on pupils of schools of Muynak district and Nukus city of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. 264 children (122 boys and 142 girls) aged 11-13 took part in the study. When comparing the indices of the external respiratory system (Lung Vital Capacity (LVC), vital capacity index) of boys living in Muynak district and Nukus city the statistically higher results were revealed for the representatives of Nukus city, which were relatively well assessed from the ecological point of view (p<0.05). From cardiovascular system indices it was found that the levels of systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) as well as heart rate (HR) were higher in boys living in unfavorable environmental conditions (p<0.005). It was noticed that girls from Nukus had lower vital capacity index and LVC than girls from Nukus (p<0.05). Comparison of cardiovascular system indicators of schoolchildren in Muynak and Nukus in terms of values of SBP, DBP, pulse pressure (PP), systolic blood volume, minute blood volume, no statistically significant differences were found in them. However, it was found that girls living in unfavorable environmental conditions had a higher HR than girls from Nukus (p<0.001).
