The relevance of studying the course of metabolic syndrome among military personnel and modern approaches to its treatment and prevention is determined by several important factors. Firstly, modern military service is characterized by high physical and mental stress. Factors such as prolonged stress, service under uncertainty, and repeated training without full recovery negatively impact metabolic processes in the body.
