Abstract
The study presents the results of a hygienic assessment of the nutritional and energy value of the daily diet consumed by workers employed in a tobacco products manufacturing enterprise. The research aimed to determine seasonal variations in the intake of major nutrients—proteins, fats, and carbohydrates—and their compliance with physiological requirements and hygienic standards.
