Abstract

This article analyzes the military-political, economic and constitutional-legal foundations of ensuring state military security based on a systematic approach. The author reveals the connection of the mechanisms of reforming the armed forces with long-term macroeconomic prospects, the laws of proportionality between political tasks and military capabilities. The article scientifically covers the hierarchical relationship between the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the National Security Concept and the Defense Doctrine, the specific features of interdisciplinary legal institutions regulating political and environmental security.
