The growing demand for effective English as a Foreign Language (EFL) instruction has encouraged educators to explore innovative teaching methodologies that address both the cognitive and emotional needs of learners. Suggestopedia, a language teaching method developed to create a relaxed and supportive learning environment, has been recognized for its ability to reduce anxiety and increase learners’ motivation. This article examines how a cognitive-affective approach can enhance the Suggestopedia method in EFL education.
