This article examines the legal and methodological foundations for organizing the individual prevention of offenses, and also provides a comprehensive analysis of the use of digital technologies and innovative forms of resocialization when working with individuals under preventive supervision. Furthermore, it presents scientific and practical proposals aimed at applying foreign experience and curbing criminogenic degradation in order to eliminate systemic problems encountered in practice and increase the effectiveness of the field.
