Abstract

A study was conducted to assess the microbiological quality of feed products produced by local manufacturers in Tashkent. The analysis included samples of compound feed, cottonseed cake, sunflower cake, soybean cake, and corn grits (V1–V6). Total bacterial contamination, mold content, and the presence of coliform bacteria were determined.
