This article provides a scientific-theoretical and practical analysis of modern preventive mechanisms aimed at preventing crimes committed by minors. The study examines the causes of juvenile delinquency, the role of social environment, family, educational institutions, as well as state and non-state institutions in this process based on a comprehensive approach. Additionally, alongside traditional prevention methods, the importance of digital technologies, individual prevention, early warning systems, psychological and pedagogical assistance, and mechanisms of interdepartmental cooperation is highlighted.
