Abstract
This paper examines the essence of family-legal liability, as well as the mechanisms for its implementation within the framework of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Particular attention is paid to the types of liability in family law, the grounds for occurrence and legal consequences. Judicial practice is analyzed, the importance of compliance with legal norms for strengthening the institution of the family is emphasized.
