MOTIVATION IN THE NOVEL “THE FORBIDDEN FRUIT”

This article analyzes the mechanisms of motivation in the actions of characters, plot development, and conflict progression in Nazar Eshonqul’s novel The Forbidden Fruit, which consists of two novellas. The study also explores how mythological, religious-enlightenment, and scientific-logical forms of thought are synthesized in the interpretation of the novel. Through this synthesis, the characters' inner experiences and spiritual struggles are depicted based on profound motivation.
