Abstract
In this article, the author examines some issues related to the circumstances that need to be proven in connection with crimes committed by a group of persons. In particular, he analyzes the opinions of scholars on the circumstances that must be proven in crimes committed by a group of persons. He studies and analyzes the views of practitioners. In conclusion, he expresses his opinions and considerations regarding certain circumstances that need to be proven.
