This article highlights the significant impact of the migration process on the socio-economic life of individuals and society, the rapid development of globalization processes in the international arena, the fundamental improvement of human rights, the passport-visa system, the system of exit and entry abroad, financial and social support for labor migrants, expanding the practice of insurance of their lives and health, the reintegration of returning persons from labor migration, including ensuring their employment, professional development, and stimulating entrepreneurial initiatives.
