In this article, considerations for improving the institution of exemption from administrative responsibility in connection with reconciliation will be substantiated and shown by examples. Conclusions, suggestions and recommendations on improving the institution of exemption from administrative liability in connection with reconciliation based on a scientific analysis of the current administrative, criminal and other legislation are also formulated.
