This article focuses on research and development aimed at improving the treatment of enamel hypoplasia in children caused by hormonal drugs during pregnancy. It presents measures to identify the clinical and functional features of the specific treatment of diseases associated with diseases of the oral cavity in modern dentistry, developing in children as a result of hormonal drugs during pregnancy.

Article is concerned over the poor quality of air, especially in the capital city Tashkent, increased level of pollution, and its impact to both urban and rural areas. Starting with brief flashback to the past air condition in one of the most historical countries over the globe — Uzbekistan, and ending with solutions to the given issue that are eligible to any other country suffering with the same or similar issues.

Understanding its risk factors is crucial for prevention and targeted treatment. The endothelium plays a crucial role in maintaining vascular homeostasis, primarily through its ability to regulate the processes of vasodilation (widening of blood vessels) and vasoconstriction (narrowing of blood vessels). It achieves this by producing and releasing cytokines and various chemical mediators. There are many factors which can induce Endothelialdysfunction. Hyperhomocysteinemia  is  considered one of these factors.
