Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a key factor influencing consumer purchasing behavior in digital markets. AI technologies such as recommendation systems, predictive analytics, chatbots, and personalized marketing help businesses better understand customer preferences and improve online shopping experiences.
