In the modern information society, speech and communication constitute one of the most significant instruments of social relations. As a result of the rapid development of mass media, internet networks, social platforms, and everyday communicative processes, texts of various content are disseminated rapidly among wide audiences. Under such conditions, certain speech products may give rise to conflict situations among individuals, organizations, or social groups. In particular, linguistic units aimed at insult, defamation, discreditation, humiliation, or incitement of hostility create complex issues within judicial and legal practice. Therefore, the scientific study of conflict-related texts and their legal assessment through linguistic expertise has become an important analytical instrument.
