Abstract

This article analyzes the concept of exemption from administrative liability, its essence, and legal foundations. It also examines the procedure, conditions, and practical application of exempting individuals who have committed administrative offenses from liability. The article illuminates the legal nature of exemption from administrative liability, its purpose, and its significance within the system of administrative law. Additionally, it presents certain opinions and proposals for improving the norms of current legislation.
