ANALYSIS OF THE LEGAL BASIS FOR THE APPLICATION OF INCENTIVE MEASURES IN INTERNAL AFFAIRS BODIES

This article examines the legal foundations for implementing incentive measures in internal affairs bodies. The study analyzes the regulatory legal acts governing incentives within the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, the objectives and principles of such measures, and their role in improving professional discipline and effectiveness. Additionally, international experience is explored, and ways to improve the organizational and legal mechanisms of the incentive system are proposed within the framework of ongoing reforms in internal affairs bodies. Special attention is paid to the balance between disciplinary control and incentives to ensure legality and accountability in internal affairs bodies.
