Abstract

In this article, the review of appeals of individuals and legal entities in the system of internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan , its legal basis, legal gaps identified in the review of appeals, existing conflict situations and their practical analysis are covered. Also, in the article, the legal analysis of the procedure for receiving, considering and resolving the appeals of individuals and legal entities was carried out, and the activities of the internal affairs bodies in this field were explained from a legal point of view. The article concludes that it is important to provide a legal solution to the existing legal situations of receiving the appeals of individuals and legal entities of the internal affairs bodies in order to achieve the effectiveness of the activity.
