Abstract

This year, in 2023, the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the Universal Declaration of human rights, which has strengthened the basic democratic principles and requirements in the field of ensuring human rights and freedoms, served as a political, legal basis in the formation of the entire system of international law on this area.
