The article provides an overview of the historical development and change of language, as well as the classification of world languages. It discusses how languages have evolved over time due to social, political, and cultural factors, and how language change can be seen as a reflection of the changing needs and values of societies. The article also explores the various methods and criteria used to classify languages, including linguistic, geographical, and cultural factors.
