Abstract

In recent years, at the initiative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, judicial and legal reforms in the country have assumed a systemic and strategic dimension, emerging as a pivotal component of the “Uzbekistan – 2030” Development Strategy aimed at establishing a just, rule of law based, and socially oriented state. Within this framework, the judiciary is conceptualized not merely as a mechanism for dispute resolution, but as a fundamental guarantor of human rights and freedoms, the rule of law, public trust, and sustainable national development.
