This article presents various views and considerations on combating crime related to information and communication technologies in our country, addressing problematic issues and certain challenges in this area. It also highlights that a significant portion of crimes committed today occur in the field of information technology and, based on this, provides specific scientific terms related to cybercrime. The article examines all aspects of the issue, including trends in the development of information and communication technologies for combating crime and their future prospects.
