Abstract
This paper highlights the work carried out in recent years in our country to combat crime among student youth, provides a deep analysis of the criminogenic situation in higher education institutions and the socio-domestic issues concerning students, and outlines the procedure for implementing "social prevention" measures against offenses among student youth. This is based on the student-institution-family-mahalla chain, in cooperation with officials of higher education organizations.
