LEGAL PROTECTION OF GREEN AREAS IN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

The article describes the legal characteristics, legal status and scientific and theoretical concepts of specially protected natural areas. As a foreign experience, the categories of natural areas of European countries are analyzed. Using this experience, proposals were made in the direction of the administrative, legislative system and scientific research in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
