this article discusses the problems of gender equality in our country and their solutions. At the same time, the development and progress of management in the relations between men and women in the management of society and state affairs, as well as the tasks, relevance and importance of the gender equality strategy were analyzed and the need for further expansion of gender equality was revealed.
