in this article, the author analyzes the types, nature and procedure of drawing up procedural documents by the representative at the stage of initiating civil cases. On the basis of the analyzes conducted by the author, a proposal to introduce changes and additions to the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan was put forward.
