Abstract

Today, the development of science and education cannot be imagined without the participation of women. A number of reforms and initiatives are being implemented in Uzbekistan to support the participation of women in the management of changes in society. In recent decades, the development of women in Uzbekistan has been developing rapidly. However, there are still some obstacles that women face to increase the role of women in society for the economic growth of the world. This article examines the initiatives we have taken to empower women and girls.
