Чтобы развивать противовоздушную оборону, защищать войска, специальные объекты, территории и города от нападения с воздуха, мы должны прежде всего знать принципы работы этой системы и историю ее развития. Необходимо подойти к этому с научной точки зрения и изучить ПВО государства Израиль и создать уникальную систему ПВО Республики Узбекистан.
