SPECIFIC ASPECTS OF THE CHARACTERIZATION OF THE CRIME OF ESCAPING A VEHICLE

This article deals with the concept of qualifying crimes and, more specifically, the crime of vehicle theft. It discusses the rules for qualifying an act under Article 267 of the Criminal Code and provides suggestions for correct legal assessment of vehicle theft crimes.
