Статья посвящена оценке предоперационного психоэмоционального состояния взрослых пациентов перед амбулаторной экстракцией зуба с анализом его связи с гемодинамическими реакциями, болью и стоматологическим статусом, а также выявлением предикторов высокой тревожности. Материалы и методы включают проспективное исследование 100 пациентов. Основная группа — 50 пациентов с психическими расстройствами, контроль — 50 психически здоровых. Оценка проводилась в точках T0–T6 с использованием шкалы Спилбергера–Ханина, ВАШ, показателей гемодинамики и индексов PI, GI, CPITN, DMFT. Применены корреляционный анализ и логистическая регрессия.
