Abstract

Aesthetic dentistry, or cosmetic dentistry, is a specialized field that focuses on improving the appearance of teeth, gums, and smiles. While many people associate this branch of dentistry with procedures like teeth whitening, veneers, or dental implants, one of the most critical elements in aesthetic dentistry is color. Color not only influences the final appearance of a patient's smile but also plays a central role in achieving natural-looking results that blend seamlessly with the patient’s overall facial features. This article explores the importance of color in aesthetic dentistry, focusing on how it affects treatments, the selection of materials, and the overall patient satisfaction.
