This article develops and theoretically substantiates a model for fostering healthy lifestyle (HLS) competence in future educators through the use of digital learning platforms. The model's objective, theoretical-methodological, content-procedural, organizational-technological, and results-evaluation components are detailed. The research is grounded in competency-based, valeological, student-centered, activity-based, and systemic-activity approaches. A mechanism for the phased development of HLS competence has been devised, leveraging the capabilities of digital learning platforms for organizing individualized instruction, interactivity, monitoring, feedback, and independent study. The model encompasses the stages of diagnostics, formation, reinforcement, monitoring, reflection, correction, and final assessment. The developed model is proposed as a theoretical and practical foundation for enhancing the healthy lifestyle competence of future educators within the pedagogical higher education process.Downloads
