Abstract

In the Concept for the Development of the Higher Education System until 2030, the training of highly qualified personnel with high spiritual and moral qualities and independent thinking, along with the acquisition of modern knowledge, is defined as a priority goal. This article discusses the current necessity of the concept of national identity.
