This article analyzes the theoretical and legal foundations, practical opportunities, and promising directions for using artificial intelligence technologies in prosecutorial oversight activities. It also highlights the importance of artificial intelligence in ensuring legality, timely detection of legal violations, rapid processing of large volumes of legal data, document analysis, and increasing the effectiveness of prosecutorial supervision.
