Abstract

This article examines the sequential pedagogical technology for improving the professional readiness of prospective teachers to form a culture of interethnic communication. Five stages of the technology — diagnostic-preparatory, theoretical-formative, practical-training, practicum-testing, and final-evaluative — are examined. The purpose, content, and outcome of each stage are substantiated from a scientific and practical perspective.
