ANALYSIS OF THE MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLE AGRICULTURAL CLUSTERS AND WAYS TO IMPROVE IT

Abstract
This article analyzes the management structure of fruit and vegetable agroclusters. The theoretical foundations of effective cluster management, the advantages and disadvantages of existing organizational mechanisms are studied. As a result of the study, practical proposals have been developed aimed at introducing digital technologies and strategic management elements in order to increase the efficiency of cluster activities.
