The article analyzes the issue of Alisher Navoiy's influence on the development of historiography in Khorezm. Excerpts from the works of Munis, Agakhiy, and Bayoniy are used to demonstrate the manifestations of Navaiy’s influence in Khorezm historiography, and well-founded conclusion are drawn.
