Abstract
This scientific article analyzes the stages of historical and legal development of criminal legislation that establishes liability for illegal possession of firearms, ammunition, main parts of firearms, explosives, blasting agents or blasting devices, and based on the analysis, it is highlighted how many periods the historical and legal development of this crime is divided into to date.
