Abstract
This article discusses the concept of spreading extremist ideas on the internet, the conditions that need to be proven in criminal cases related to these crimes, and the investigative actions to be carried out. It also analyzes the problems related to gathering evidence in such cases, contradictions in certain norms, and shortcomings in criminal procedural legislation. Furthermore, the article offers suggestions for amendments and additions to the criminal procedural legislation, as well as recommendations for their application in judicial-investigative practice.
