The article provides examples from researchers' works on the guarantees of minors' constitutional rights, improving the prevention of juvenile delinquency and identifying the causes and conditions of offenses committed by them, and on adolescents with behavioral difficulties. Special attention is also paid to ideas for enhancing minors' knowledge.
