The article reflects the concept of legal advocacy, which is one of the important areas of legal support activities of internal affairs bodies, its legal basis and essence, organizational and legal forms of implementing legal advocacy, and the rights and obligations of the sectoral branches of internal affairs bodies in raising legal awareness and legal culture in society.
