Abstract
The article presents practical proposals to adapt foreign experiences to national conditions in order to improve the management of Uzbekistan's real estate facilities. This work is aimed at solving pressing scientific and practical problems aimed at improving the efficiency of the real estate market, improving the investment environment and ensuring economic stability.
