This article is aimed at studying the age-related characteristics of the development of individual capabilities in a person. The capabilities of a person, including his intellectual, physical and emotional aspects, are analyzed, how age affects them. The article shows how the capabilities of a person develop at each stage of the youth period, what pedagogical and psychological approaches are necessary for this. The study analyzes changes in the development process of age and their impact on the personal and social life of a person.
