Abstract

Blended learning is not only beneficial for students; it also offers opportunities for teachers to grow professionally. By incorporating digital tools and online platforms into their teaching practices, educators can expand their own skill sets and become more innovative in their approaches. Additionally, blended learning encourages collaboration between teachers and allows for the sharing of best practices across educational institutions.
